Initial Test – November 12 & 13, 2020 Exam Cancelled Until Further Notice

Due to the recent spike in COVID-19 cases in Utah and the new regulations/stipulations put into place last week, the Utah Labor Commission is cancelling the November 12 and November 13, 2020 exams until further notice.

    Report Accident

    An employer must report an accident within eight hours of it’s occurrence. See Utah Admin. Code Rule R614-1-5)(B)(1).
